Hotel service and equipment maintenance staff

Location: Toronto

​Position: Service and Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

The position requires permanent presence in the hotel, and the company will arrange for the person in the position to travel to different hotels as needed. 

Responsibilities:

1. Assist hotel guests to become familiar with and operate Hobot's products;
2. Answer guests' questions about the products and introduce the advantages of the products to them.
3. Daily maintenance of the products in the hotel;
4. Invite hotel guests to do some product surveys and collect survey data according to the company's needs.

Requirements
• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years of experience in the service industry, with good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people;
• Have a good sense of service. Patient and approachable, able to communicate with guests in a pleasant manner. Able to pay attention to the needs and details of the guests, able to take the initiative to provide assistance and advice to make the guests feel comfortable and satisfied;
• Need to be a good team player. Required to collaborate with other employees or hotel staff to complete tasks;

Preferred:
• Experience in the hospitality industry;
• Passionate about hospitality and service industry;
• Graduates from the hospitality industry and related disciplines.
